MFW09 Button and Banner Usage Instructions To help advertise MFW09, please follow the directions below: 1. Download the MFW Button or MFW Banner on the right, 2. Add it to your site as per the instructions below, and 3. Most importantly, keep the MFW09 Button or MFW09 Banner on your site until May 30, 2009! 4. Download either the Button, Banner, or Both by Right-Clicking (Windows) or Control-Click (Mac) and selecting Save As... 5. Then Select, Copy, and Paste the code on the right for proper use of the MFW09 Banner or MFW09 Button:

Button and Banner Usage
Mobile Forensics World ("MFW") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the MFW Internet site Button or Banner (Button or Banner) solely in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Logo Usage Agreement ("Agreement"). You are deemed to have entered into this Agreement with MFW effective upon your use of the Button or Banner on the Internet. Read agreement then download logo. You will use the Button or Banner to promote the MFW Site and indicate that your Internet site links to or contains information from the MFW Site. Used in your Internet site, the Button or Banner will always be an active link to http://www.MobileForensicsWorld.com You will use only MFW authorized electronic artwork of the Button or Banner. the Button or Banner will stand by itself and include a 15 pixel minimum amount of empty space surrounding the Button or Banner so as to separate it from any other object, such as type, photography, borders, edges, and so on. the Button or Banner will not be used as a feature or design element of any other logo. the Button or Banner will be placed in a prominent location on the Internet site where it is used. You will not remove any trademark symbols or alter the Button or Banner in any way. Redraws, distortions, or animations of the Button or Banner are not permitted. You will not imitate the Button or Banner in any of your materials, including but not limited to advertising, product packaging, and promotional materials. You will not use the Button or Banner in a manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by MFW of your services, products, or Internet site. You will not use the Button or Banner to disparage the MFW System, MFW, any of its affiliates, or their respective services, products, trademarks, employees or Internet sites. You will notify MFW of the Internet address where you intend to use the Button or Banner. If your Internet address changes, you will notify MFW immediately at the e-mail address listed (info@MobileForensicsWorld.com). All notices to you under this Agreement will be sent to the Internet address provided by you. MFW retains all right, title, goodwill, and interest in and to the Button or Banner. All use of the Button or Banner by you will inure to the benefit of MFW. You will not adopt, use, or register any corporate name, trade name, trademark, service mark, certification mark, or other designation similar to, or containing in whole or in part, the Button or Banner. You will not use the Button or Banner for an Internet Site which, in MFW's reasonable judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage MFW's goodwill in the Button or Banner, including but not limited to Internet sites which could be deemed to be obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or which purpose or objective is to encourage unlawful activities. You will ensure that your Internet site complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You will indemnify and hold MFW, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assignees harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Internet site or your use of the Button or Banner on your Internet Site in any manner, including user claims regarding the Internet Site's services, products, content or incompatibility with the MFW Site. MFW will have sole control over the defense and settlement of any claim. IN NO EVENT WILL MFW BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF the Button or Banner, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF WARRANTIES, INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MFW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement will constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach of the same or any other provision hereof, and no waiver will be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship, or grant a franchise. The obligations of this Agreement which by their nature are intended to survive expiration or termination of this Agreement shall survive. MFW reserves the right to review your use of the Button or Banner. You will correct any deficiencies in your use of the Button or Banner upon notice from MFW. Your noncompliance with this Agreement or your failure to correct deficiencies identified by MFW within the time frame required by MFW will result in immediate termination of your license to use the Button or Banner without further action by MFW. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon ten days' notice. You may terminate this Agreement after an amendment by MFW to this Agreement upon notice to MFW. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes and merges all prior and contemporaneous oral and written communications and agreements. This Agreement may be amended solely by changes to the Agreement issued by MFW at its Internet site. MFW reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time solely at its discretion. If possible, MFW will provide advance notice of these changes. Any use of the Button or Banner that is not consistent with this Agreement and any Agreement amended in accordance with this paragraph is strictly prohibited.
